A very popular service with our customers is our ability to instantly write a check for deposit to their trading accounts. This is done to save the time mail takes to get to us. Here's how it works:
Dial our Margins Department to Fund your account: 1-800-284-1007
Over the telephone you provide us with your Bank's Name, ABA Routing Number, Address and your Checking Account Number. With take that information and enter it into special Western Union Software we maintain on our premise. This software allows us to print out your check, saving you the time of mailing a check to us.
For existing customers who have established credit with us, these checks are immediately deposited into their trading account and can be used for trading purposes. Those establishing a New Trading Account with us that elect to use our Phone Pay Service to fund their trading account are required to initially wait for the check to clear their bank. This is no different than if we received your check by mail, but does speed up the time it takes to get the check clearing process going. We will call your bank daily to check on when your bank clears this check. Once your check clears, you will have established credit with us.
Phone Pay saves you valuable time by eliminating the time it takes for your check to arrive via mail.
There is a $30 service charge per check to utililze the Phone Pay Service.
